On line, the rug looked like it had more white and brown specks in it however mostly light and dark grey which didn’t work for me

On the website it said the wool material was wool but when we got the rug in mail the label says 80% wool and 20% cotton. That was one of the main reasons I was buying the rug because it said it was wool so that was disappointing.

Thin, rough. Did not feel like wool. Backing very rough. Could not tell it was wool. Should have known the price was too good to be true. Customer service extremely supportive, and allowed for returnrefund.
