This Century Bay Vintage Gray Piluester Area Rug by AMER Rug is just what I was looking for to cover my living room floor. It is a bit thinner than I had anticipated but will work well to cover the cold tile in winter. The colors are beautifully muted.

I expected the low pile but the way the rug was woven looked extremely cheap and did not flow from one pattern to the next. Unfortunately a good deal was not had with this. I’ll try again though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice rug, but it is very, very thin. I’ve struggled to find a good spot for it because of how thin it is. I’m using it at my back door, for when you have to take off your shoes when you come into the house. I wouldn’t buy this brand personally because of how thin it is. It doesn’t provide a good barrier between the floor and your feet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is very beautiful. It seems to have good quality for the most part. Seems as if it will be very easy to spot clean. I don’t know if you can use a carpet cleaner on it or not. I love the design. It is whitish gray, with dark blue, grays, orange, yellow, and some dark burnt reddish orange colors. Very subtle coloring and design though. It’s something that could go with anything. Also why I chose it. My only issue, and the reason for four stars, is I cannot get it to lay flat. I have had it on a table with heavy boxes sitting on the corners to get it to flatten out for the last two months, and it still will not lay flat on the edges. The corners are flipped up from it being rolled up during shipping. So keep that in mind if you’re to order online. If I were you, I’d purchase this in store. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very cute design, but it’s not very heavy duty. Because of the thin nature… I’ve had a really difficult time getting it to lay flat, even after having set something heavy on it. It also absolutely requires some kind of mat underneath if you’re putting it on hardwood/tile/vinyl, as there is zero grip underneath and it will move. I’ll be getting a mat to avoid this problem and hope that the wrinkles will eventually settle. Again, the design is very cute though!
