The perfect compliment to our new hardwood floors! When we started our remodeling project, I hopped on Wayfair and researched rugs and colors. Finally I settled on this particular rug. Upon ordering, I was excited for it to be delivered. Unfortunately, within 15 minutes of its delivery, I noticed a large rip in the outer plastic encasing the rug. When we opened the plastic and exposed the rug, the undermat had a significant tear - most probably due to shipping and handling at either the factory setting or through delivery. I was so upset, because the rug's colors were rich and glorious and everything I'd hoped for... but the tear in the rug's underneath made it unusable. I contacted Wayfair immediately, and the Customer Representative was so kind and helpful! The situation was immediately rectified, and a new replacement rug was on its way. The new rug showed up three days later, and thank goodness there were no rips or tears. And the colors are glorious! I had to wait until our flooring project was completed before I could finally lay down the rug .... and I'm absolutely thrilled with the overall look. The rug's rich colors are the perfect compliment for our beautiful new floors, and also set off the right tone with our eclectic blend of furniture and fabrics. Thank you, Wayfair! I love this rug!
