Shelburne Oriental Indoor Rug

I have Persian rugs throughout my home. The main colors are black, red and beige. This runner is exactly as described and perfect for my decor. I am very pleased and the packing was exactly what I expected. No issues at all.

I used these rugs for my wedding. I love the Golden designs on a dark background. It took a while to receive it, but customer service was great about that.

First I track my delivery which was estimated for Saturday 4182020 then it changed to 419 then it was delivered on 421 and says I signed for it I’m at work from on 421 at 730 how could I sign when I’m miles away. When I got home Someone accept it and the plastic tear and I feel the rug wet so I call Wayfair and I was told I have to send a pic or I have to pay for shipping it back now I’m unable to send picture text so I was told my other options is pay for shipping it back and the shipping cost will be deducted from my purchase or use a friend phone or family well I’m not asking. I’m not going to do that as I’m staying away from friends and my son lives in Queens miles away from me. WHAT A SMUCK Wayfair is I’ll call my credit card company to see what can be done
