I like it but disappointed that the center is not black with dots instead of brown. In the picture it looks black. Black would make a better statement than the brown. Also the gold should be brighter for more contrast. I like to make statements when decorating.

It IS spendy, yes. It’s the centerpiece of my kitchen though, and it’s so unique. I was not expecting it to be as soft as it is so that was a pleasant surprise. I was concerned that it would have the texture of an outside doormat. It looks the same or better as the photos. Perhaps it’s a more muted yellow than I assumed, but the color palette is exquisite. I am not sure that I ever saw a throw rug as cute as this ever before
