We've been very disappointed with this carpet. I had expected a wool carpet to shed somewhat at first, but this one is a constant shedder. After having it for just over a year, the kids still don't want to play on it, and guests can't sit on it without ending up looking like they've wrestled with a yellow lab. The first time I vacuumed it, I noticed that one short edge had a bald line along the edge. I can't be certain whether it arrived that way or if the vacuum snagged a thread, but in either case, it has not worn well. We also have threads of irregular lengths throughout the rug, and a mysterious lighter stripe has appeared in the middle of it, presumably from a yarn that was used from another dye lot. If I could return it, I would. We've learned an important lesson about online ordering: don't order something that is difficult to ship back!
