Patricia Jute and Wool Ivory Area Rug

I would love to actually receive this rug in usable condition but Wayfair continues to ship me the SAME mold-covered rug REPEATEDLY. The first time I received it, it was stained and covered in mold. I shipped it back to them as requested. Weeks later, the day the replacement was supposed to arrive, I was informed by FedEx that Wayfair accidentally shipped the replacement rug back to themselves, so they wouldn't be delivering it to me after all. I finally got a THIRD rug shipped out to me and today it arrived - what do you know, its the EXACT SAME MOLD COVERED RUG that I shipped back to them originally. Even in the same beat up box I got the first time with my own return label and tape job from a month ago. How on earth they managed to ship the same damaged rug to me multiple times is beyond me. Its actually borderline impressive. Then customer support had the audacity to ask if I'd like a FOURTH rug shipped. When I asked for a refund they inquired if I would like the refund in store credit. LOL. And of course, its still on me to ship back the damaged rug to them, YET AGAIN. Absolutely absurd customer service.

Love this rug! Great quality and great price. Placed in our sitting room that hasn’t been finished yet, so I can’t speak to traffic patterns, wear, etc.

Great rug! It does shed, but it’s to be expected with this material.
