It seems like a high quality rug, but I just laid it down, haven’t had it long. Thick, but surprisingly soft. Bought for my son’s playroom in the finished basement. Seems durable to hold up to kids play. Stylish texture.

This is a richly textured , neutral colored wool area rug that looks like authentically handcrafted fiber art. I was a little concerned about the assortment of bumps when I unrolled it. After watching You Tube to get a good handle on how to remove them, I stretched it and put weights on each corner. From afar there is a geometric design. (See photo) Up close, There are black threads looped around the fibers that remind me of corn-on-the-cob. The rug is thick and soft on bare feet. The backing is cotton and an industrial carpet tape secures the edges. It is well constructed and I am hoping durable. It has a relaxed look so should fit into most current trending rooms. Really happy with the quality, packaging and look of this area rug.

I’ve had this rug for about 7 months and still LOVE it. It is not in a high traffic area however it has gotten a bit fuzzy on the surface. But you can’t really tell and it is still just a beautiful rug. The corners still lay down well. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
