Tapis gris / ivoire en laine touffeté à la main Rosemarie

This is a beautiful rug. The color tones in it are light greenslate blue, not gray. It does shed, but now that I’ve had it for a few weeks, the shedding seems to be lessening. The only issue I had with it are a few spots in the tufting where yellow and red appeared and those colors are clearly not supposed to be in the pattern. I contacted Wayfair about this and they looked into it with the manufacturer who indicated that since it’s tufted, the inconsistencies are known to appear. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase! Update 7319 jeez Louise this rug knows how to shed. While I did indicate in my earlier review that it was lessening, that was from bunches of fibers coming off and the vacuum being full of fibers. Every single time I sit on this rug, I’m covered in little shards of fibers. Every time I vacuum my sectional, I see it’s covered in the same fibers. Every time I have guests, they ask if I got another dog because of this rug. I’m so frustrated with this. It’s been five months. I would’ve expected to be upset by “traffic” stains on a light rug, not constant shedding. This has gone from four stars to two. I’ll be contacting customer service again.

I love this rug. I read reviews before buying, I am glad I did. The ivory/gray description is very deceiving, this rug is ivory/aqua/blue/and the gray has an almost mossy green tint to it. Even with my picture it does not show the aqua/true coloring. It is very thick and perfect for my office.

This rug looks exactly like the pictures and is easily vacuumed. There is no smell when you lay it out for the first time. Very happy with this purchase!
