Handwoven traditionnel castilian ii one-of-kind

Not one of a kind at all, it has stains, and the colors are faded, the thread is coming out of different areas through the rug. I had to vacuum it a few times to see the actual colour, in less than two minutes my vacuum was full of hair, thought because its a new carpet, but I also found holes in one of the corners made by metal labels that have poorly been attached to the rug and caused this mess of hair and thread. Disappointing. Not what you expect a 1000 rug.
