Disappointed in product. Error in the product description. Weight was said to be 100lbs on both, the product and package content descriptions. It actually weighed 12.7lbs. The runner came in a plastic wrap and I only opened one end to feel the thickness, since I was suspicious after the weight issue. It felt “flimsy” so I resealed the end of the wrapper and went to the site to return it. Therunner was priced over $600.00 and I was charged $80.00 to return it. Not a great company to do business with.
