Tapis noir à motif géométrique Prouty

I ordered a black rug by Brayden Studio. See picture. I received a Pierre Cardin Charcoal Grey rug and it says charcoal grey on the rug (not black). After I completed a complaint and started to process a return, I was told “According to the supplier you received the correct rug; it is charcoal gray in color (yet almost black in color). As a result of this, we have put in a request with the warehouse to have your replacement canceled.” That meant if I wanted to return the wrong rug I would have to pay for the return which is $65!!! I had been waiting to find the perfect black shag rug. So not only was I disappointed with the rug, but Wayfair’s customer service sucks!! The supervisor Bisola wouldn’t make it right. An almost black rug with the wrong manufacturer is ok!! DO NOT SHOP at Wayfair anymore. They will screw you over if you don’t like what you order even if it’s the wrong product!!
