This rug is very thick. I ordered the rectangle but would have preferred the circle. It came with a very strong odor but since I will place it outside in my entry I decided to keep it. Don't know how it will weather outside because it is a soft fiber. The color of my navy carpet is not quite right with this rug but with additional décor it will do.
