Abhay Hand Woven Jute/Chindi Geometric Rug in Natural

The rug arrives a bit wet and has an odor of mildew. I suspect they have to wet the jute so they can roll it without damaging it. This seem logical to me. Though I didn’t read it anywhere... it may be stated, if it isn’t, perhaps it should be... It’s the second jute I buy and seems to be the case. The smell goes away after a few days. Anyway, this is a family cottage and we have a lot of looks going on in this room and this has enough color, yet simple enough and also natural enough to pull the look together... ish. I love it!! Fast delivery. No snags.

Love these carpets. I purchased two for my hallways. Was hesitant because I read reviews saying they are rough on bare feet but they feel great. They are thicker than I expected too. Very happy.
