I received the wrong color combination. It appears that a mistake was made on the website. The product number associated with this order actually belongs to another item with same design but slightly different color combo. I gave this a 3 because it smelled bad when I took it out of the plastic wrap. I didn't know I got the wrong color until I unwrapped it. This kind of rug is going to be something that needs to be sprayed with febreeze a few times. Otherwise, I think it is made well. It is pretty thin for a rug but heavy enough to stay on the floor where you need it to. I am sure it will take some days for the wrinkles to completely go away. So at any rate, Wayfair is very nice to replace the one I got with the correct one. I'm still waiting for that one to arrive. And they are paying for the return shipping, too. Thanks Wayfair! Great customer service.

This was my first time ordering from Wayfair. I tried twice to receive this color rug. Both times I received a rug with orange and turquoise, no green. I think they have the wrong number at the warehouse?? The last customer service rep I spoke to wasn't pleasant to deal with.
