The rug looks nothing like a picture in day light. It’s very shiny and you can’t really see anything but the shine. Looks better in a darker room

Love all the soft muted colors in this rug! For the beige people, There is still plenty of beige, for the great people there is still plenty of gray and specs of blue, also orange/rust in small amounts. None of the colors overwhelm each other, yet blend beautifully on a neutral background. I don’t Usually write reviews however I am a 100% satisfied customer with Wayfair since I have purchased at least three major items in the past year, and very pleased with all! Just a tip when you laying your Rug be mindful of placement as the direction of the weave can make the rug look more shiny or look more colorful, we placed ours by our dining room window which is flooded with light so move your rug around until you’re satisfied with the direction of nap and sheen of the rug. This rug is everything I hoped it would be. I wanted a rug that would compliment my new furniture. The soft colors of beige, ivory, grey, light blue and flecks of rust give the the rug interest and dimension, and it doesn't overpower the furniture. In addition, once the rug was laid out, it settled beautifully. The edges did not curl. I was so impressed that if the 8' round rug was available, I would have ordered it as well. I was also impressed with the speed my rug was delivered. I had it within 2 days of ordering it.
