Tapis bleu marine Douglas-John

\This rug is beautiful. Looks expensive. Easy to vacuum.

The rug is roughly what I'd expect from this price range, on the thin side but soft enough, no problem with curling after the first day. It's more coloful than I expected, it's brighter in person and I thought the blue would seem more dominant than it does. There's a distressed semi-tribal pattern the color of wet ash over the multi-color striations that I did not notice in the picture and the whole thing has a peachy coral binding. I wouldn't have picked this rug if these characteristics were more evident in the picture but it was a reasonable price and I don't want to go through the hassle of returning and replacing it either so I've decided they don't bother me that much.
