The photos are not super informative, but I love it even more than I expected to! It is not shedding, it's super soft and plush, and the colors are gorgeous.

This rug is not the pink color nor the same tonal value as in photos. There is One photo that does get closer to actual color, which is a red-violet that is 2-3 shades darker than the pink. Keep this in mind when ordering. luckily I like purple. The design is good, the rug is moderately well constructed. Perhaps the rug has been rolled up for a year or more, as it does not feel like my other handtufted rugs, but with time may loosen up and get softer. It is plenty thick. Higher quality than most for this price!!

I love my new rug! The colors are a bit more muted than the online photo indicates, but actually I like them better that way. The rug is thick and feels great to walk on with bare feet. :) I have not experienced any of the shedding that other reviewers mention, but that may come . . . I have had the rug for only about a week. The corners of the rug on one side curled up a little when I first rolled it out, but a few books as weights for a couple days have fixed that problem. This is a very nice quality rug for the price.
