I loved this rug when it arrived; yes it’s thin but the design is great and durable to use in my daughter’s play room. Within the first two months, the stitching around the corners came undone. For the price of this, we weren’t concerned.
Then it came time to wash it. I would actually advise you do NOT wash this rug because it basically ruins it. I followed all the instructions, our washer machine capacity is larger than recommended, but the top layer disconnected from the under padding layer, and now it’s a wrinkled mess. I will continue to use it for the play room as I don’t intend to spend another $100 for something to be ruined by kids/dogs, but I was very disappointed that it fell apart after a couple months and one wash.
