I don’t usually write reviews, but this rug absolutely deserves one. I was genuinely surprised by how much I love it.
I accidentally ordered a size larger than I originally planned, and instead of returning it, I decided to try it (and I’m so glad I did). It now covers about 95–97 of my nursery floor, and honestly, it completely transformed the space. It makes the whole room feel more intentional, cozy, and pulled together!
While it’s not a thick, plush rug, that actually ended up being a huge advantage. The flat weave design is incredibly practical—doors glide over it effortlessly, no bunching, no catching, no frustration. If you’ve ever fought with a rug while holding a baby, you know how important that is.
What really impressed me is how sturdy and well-constructed it feels. Even without heavy padding, it lays flat, doesn’t curl up (major bonus points for that!), stays in place, and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. It gives the appearance of a much more expensive rug at first glance, which I did not expect at this price point.
As a mom, I also appreciate how functional it is for a nursery. It’s easy to clean, doesn’t trap a ton of dust, and creates a soft, comfortable surface for tummy time, crawling, and all the little moments that happen on the floor.
If you’re on the fence ( and especially about sizing up) DO IT. A larger rug makes a bigger impact than you think, and this one delivers both style and practicality. I would absolutely purchase again
