Tapis bleu en coton / polyester tissé à la machine

I received a small 2x3rug when I ordered a 7x9 rug. I was refunded immediately which is good but I still am waiting to hear if I need to ship back item or not. A bit of a hassle.

Since I was shipped something else entirely, I never got to see what it would have looked like. Thanks for the refund.

Ordered a 7x9. Received a 2x3. Wayfair refused to make it right by sending the product I ordered. They refunded me and told me I have to hold it for 2 weeks while they determine if it needs to be returned or they will charge me. Customer service rep was terrible and not at all helpful. Overall product looks like it would have been nice if they sent what I ordered or even tried to make it right to get me what I ordered. Cant say I will use Wayfair again. Too much hassle.

I ordered a 7x9… got a 2x3… too bad- I think it would have looked pretty in my room. Had to return and they were unable to send me the correct item as it was sold out.
