Tapis de style oriental rouge

I ordered this rug for my tv room. Not many choices for 7x7 square rug. The description says it’s wool and polyester. The rug arrived and while the colors were true to their picture, the quality of the rug was not. I doubt there is any wool fiber in this rug. It feels more like a polyester with a felt like sheen. Not plush and pretty flat. However it does look nice. Not sure yet if I’m keeping it, since I was looking for a wool rug.

I ordered this rug for a client. As it turned out, the color didn't work for her room, but the rug was very nice. It looked to me like it was a large content of wool which I prefer for my clients' use. The unknown amount of polyester is the only reason I would not give it 5 stars. It looks like a much more expensive rug and the color and intricate pattern would make it very servicable and easy to live with. It can easily be mistaken for a rug purchased at a local rug importer. I would recommend.
