This was such a disappointing purchase. Not only did I wait for almost a full month to receive the rug, but when it arrived, it is a SCREEN PRINT. This is very deceiving because the photo on the website makes the rug look hand tufted. The rug is also pretty much neon pink, not red. To make matters worse, the screen printing was done poorly and the design is totally misaligned. The rug would be otherwise decently pretty, but I just can't justify a poorly done screen print for the $1,000.00 price tag. The only positive is that the rug itself is very thick and soft pile. Currently trying to navigate the return process.
