While the rug is soft and thick, it IS NOT gray as depicted in the pictures and the description. It is stark white with gray lines through it. If you are expecting a darker gray color, this is not the rug you want.

I was looking for something contemporary and easy to clean. This rug fits the bill. I have cats and occasionally they throw up, ugh, and not on the hard wood, but always on a rug! The rug cleans up so well, I’m impressed. The texture is nice and soft and comfortable to walk on too.
