Rug came in a timely fashion. The colors were extremely muted. I have a cat and vacuumed every day. The cannister picked up a full load of what I thought was cat hair. However my cat died and I continued to vacuum once a week and again the cannister was filling up. I realized that the carpet was shedding after owning it for 3 months. I call service center and since it was past 30 days since purchase they would not help. They were curt via chat and that was that. Would not recommend purchasing this rug

The thick pile and tightness of the knotting are terrific. The price was amazing. But, the color is seriously off from the photos on the website. That beautiful dark red brown background color in the listing photos is far more medium orange in my rug. The blues are much less subtle, more vivid. So, the rich, subtle color that is depicted is, in real life, much less impressive. For the money, it is what it is and I'll use it, but I wish what I got was like the picture.

I love the rug. The colors are perfect. We are creating a small sitting room and plan to decorate the entire room based on the colors in rug. I recommend the pad under it, great feel and not shedding too bad like similar rugs I have purchased. Love it
