Exactly as pictured. Center and border are maroon . . . not red or lipstick red, as another rug I ordered on another website and returned because of the inaccurate photo. Rug is nicely "thick." Better purchase online, sight unseen, than expected. Definitely a good deal that adds a sophisticated touch of class to our bedroom.
