Bromley Oriental Handmade Tufted Wool Black/Burgundy Area Rug

The pictures online have vivid colors across the spectrum, none of them look faded. The carpet I received, all the colors are faded except for red and black which stand out above everything else.

This rug is beautiful. It is very thick and great quality and fits in perfectly with my decor. I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that it is quite a bit darker than shown in the website pictures. The background is not ivory, its more of a khaki color. It works for me but I would have liked a lighter background. I did read previous reviews about that issue but took a chance. I am happy with the rug and would recommend it as long as you are aware of color issue.

As long as you don't expect the rug to look like a $5-7,000 item, you won't be disappointed.The actual colors and pattern do not replicate as shown in photos. Yes, technically. they are the same but lack the brightness and sharpness. I'm keeping the 8' round rug because of the thickness and IMO the muted colors in wool look better.
