The reviews say that this rug is excellent quality, but the tufts are falling out. I have called in, stayed on hold for over an hour; no one is picking up, and there is no email support. Apparently there is a 30 day warranty, so if your rug doesn't wear well, you are just stuck.

Love this rug. The aqua blue is darker than I expected so it’s not real cheerful. But it’s mellow and there is value in that. It is sturdy and beautiful.
