By far the best rug for a high traffic area. We keep ours in the laundry room where we enter from garage. Holds up to three kids, muddy boots, and two dogs. The gripper bottom is a must-have and keeps it in place.

nice and heavy with latex bottom for non skid good thickness. Sturdy. Owned for about 9 months now. Can take a lot of heavy foot traffic. 3 ft x 8 ft is perfect for my entry way. Took me hours to find a Runner this size. So n many are 2ft 3 inches at the widest. More runners need to be 3 feet wide. This runner is tufted was worried about the little loops of polypropylene coming loose and lifting up and out of the runner, but it’s been very good. The more it gets walked on the more it packs the polypropylene down. Definitely follow the specifications, NO Beater Bar or Rotator Brush from the vacuum. It just put strain on pulling the loops loose .This Runner awesome at trapping loose particles so they stay in entry way , not picked up in your socks brought into the house. I have a high powered vacuum I put on setting 4 that way the rotator brush just very gently hits the top of the rug and you need good suction to pull out the trapped bits, dirt, cat litter, small gravel etc. It definitely resistant easy to cleanand th stitches.
