Update: I returned the damaged rug via FedEx and Wayfair received it 12/30 according to the tracking info. Reached out to customer care later that week to check the status of a replacement and they couldn’t help me at all. They told me they’d email me an update in 1-3 days but it is well past that timeframe and I have yet to hear anything. Even more disappointed. Unfortunately the rug was damaged. A big cut through it. Hopefully I get an undamaged replacement and I’ll give it a better review. Very disappointed.
