This is a beautiful rug that seemed to be of good quality. It arrived well packaged on our covered front porch and I received a text message alert when it arrived which was helpful. Unfortunately it is labeled as polyester online, but the rug says it is made of polypropylene and it had a strong odor when we unpackaged it, so we returned it because we wanted a different material - but customer service was so helpful and so nice, and it was a really easy process. Nice rug with a nice experience of Wayfair all-around. Four stars just because of the confusion about the material, but a very nice rug if you are looking for a polypropylene material.

Perfect rug for my den!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary in exchange for an honest review. I expected the rug to look like the one in the campaign photo and it does not. I’m not fond of the color or pattern; it looks dirty even though it’s brand new. The rug itself is stiff and feels quite cheap compared to other rugs I own. It will not lose its indentations from being rolled up, either. All in all, not a fan and wouldn’t purchase myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt love this rug. It was a small accent rug and slides all over the floor. It isnt very soft either. The design is darker than the photo. I do not recommend.
