It is pretty, but it is a MAT not a rug. The color brightens the room. We have it on top of carpet. There is no pile on this “rug.” It and slips when we walk on it resulting in bubbles/bumps/bunching. The pattern is printed on a mat-like fabric. It is light weight. I am concerned about it being a trip hazard. The only reasons I’m keeping it is because return shipping is not free and looks better than what we had. This photo was taken three days after we put it down.
