The color of this rug is considerably darker than the picture. We were expecting a cream background did we get the wrong rug?

Was very pleased with the rug, the ivory color was more beige, but it worked. Happy with delivery time (2 days) and the rug was package well.

This rug was just as described. Perfect for my hallway. It is super plush. I wish I had ordered the smaller runner in addition to the 10 ft runner for the other half of my upstairs hallway.
