Unfortunately both of the rugs have the same threadbare spots throughout. I ordered a runner and a small entry size. Customer service was great and I have no issues with Wayfair products overall. This just happened to be an unlucky one for me.

This rug looked so cute online - it does not look like its pictures AT ALL. I ordered it as a runner, so maybe that affected the results. The runner is mostly beige and gray with hardly any yellow. Its floral pattern is nonexistent. The rug looks pixelated like a blown-up digital image. Just splotches of gray with no discernable pattern. It's also cut at an angle at both ends, so I had to cut the rug pad a bit to fit it underneath this runner. If you need/want a rug that has yellow or obvious floral patterns in it (like I did) this is NOT the one...if you just need something relatively neutral with hints of a pattern to go under furniture, this might work.
