Tapis crème / noir Astello

This rug is so soft and plush. Perfect size. The color was a little off and not exactly what I expected but it ended up working for our space.

I was really disappointed when my new carpet arrived — it looked nothing like what I expected. The rug had noticeable dark, uneven stains running down the middle, almost as if it had already been used or stored improperly. The texture and color underneath seemed nice, but the marks completely ruined its appearance. For the price, I expected a clean, fresh product, not something that looks secondhand. I’ll be contacting customer service for a replacement or refund because this is totally unacceptable quality control.

Shipping time was exactly as indicated and product was packaged well. I removed stars because the description says that the colours are cream and black but it looks more like a light grey with dark grey lines. At first I thought it may be dirty but after closer inspection realized that is just the colour. I would have returned it but I didn’t want to pay and deal with having to ship it back.
