Tapis en laine touffeté à la main Charbonneau Drive

A high quality rug that does NOT match the picture at all. VERY ivory and palest yellow. It is difficult to appreciate the lovely design woven into the rug. Shows every speck of dirt. Not at all recommended for those who have children or pets or who entertain a lot. I am keeping it only because it is beyond me to roll it up (it is a an 8 x 10) and send it back.

My husband and I laughed when we unpacked our rug. The colors were entirely different than described. It's mostly a creamy white with gentle lime green, sky blue and brown decorations. Luckily for us, it fit in perfectly with our other colors and we love it!

This is such a beautiful rug. The colors are great and match my decor very well. It is thick and plush underfoot. Color is decieving in the picture. The background is ivory so it is much lighter than shown. But I still love it.

I know that wool rugs are supposed to shed, but strings continually pull out of this rug. Every time I get down to take a look at it, I can tug strands right out. It's going to go bald at this rate. I wanted to blame the cat, but we've kept a close eye and he isn't using the rug as a scratching post, not to the degree that would leave errant strands all over the place. Also, this rug is much whiter in reality than in the photo. It looks gold in the photo. It is white in person.
