This rug is not black as it’s advertised. And unfortunately Wayfair has decided that it’s okay to mislead consumers with false descriptions and now say it’s a faded black . It’s called gray, not faded black.

Like the pattern but not right for a front entry way. Not sturdy enough.

This rug is soft and I love it. I am only worried because while cleaning a spill on it, a significant amount of yarn came out and there is now a dime sized bare spot. I have kids and pets and hope it holds up.

I was surprised by how much I like this carpet. The size is a 8x10 and makes my small space look larger than with the 5x7 area rug I had down before. It’s a dark greylight grey maze design on a cream background which is more neutral than a stark black and cream pattern. I am disappointed that it is a soft carpet which definitely needs an underpad to keep in place. In the online photos you get a sense that the rug has a firm backing but it is not so. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.
