Soon after I put it down I saw pieces of fabric popping up and threads coming out. Only 2-1/2 months later and it looks like a shaggy mess. I'm so sad and disappointed. To keep it ok, it should not me stepped on at all. But what is a rug for? I complained right away but no response. Sorry I spent so much money. Maker should be ashamed!

Loved this rug, but it didn't match my décor as I had hoped. Returned it to try again. Otherwise, we loved the vibrant colours, and the pattern and would recommend it.
