The rug is so pretty but it has stains all over it. Enough that my husband point blank asked me if I bought it used. It cost too much money to have stains and I’m disappointed. I’m only keeping it because majority of it will be under the bed and it’s the only rug that will work for the room. A new rug shouldn’t be sold with stains and debris stuck in the fibers and it’s embarrassing that it was sold that way. Anyone looking to buy this, please look at all the pictures I uploaded.

rug arrived with brown sticky stains scattered throughout. The rug itself is as stiff as cardboard. Horrible chemical smell. Contacted customer support so I will see what their solution is. It is an 8X10 , heavy, and cumbersome to attempt to ship back. If it weren’t for the stains, the color would be nice, but still a rug that is as stiff as a board.
