I ordered this rug to go in my bedroom under a queen bed. I needed something neutral, but wanted a little visual interest, so the pattern was just right. It is off-white or possibly you might call it oatmeal, as it has some small specs of darker color. It isn’t snow white, nor is it yellowy. It looks good in the room. It was very well-packaged in three layers of plastic. It smelled pretty musty initially, like a antique shop, but we laid it out outside for three days to air out, and then brought it in and vacuumed it, which pretty well took care of the musty smell. It’s very soft feeling on my feet. I am happy with my choice.
