This rug is nicely made and higher quality than expected. I love that it doesn't shed much at all versus all other wool rugs! It looks more blue online than in person. It's more like a bluish-gray color with it leaning more towards the gray side. That actually makes it perfect to place anywhere and match many styles too. It's on the thicker side and soft underfoot. Don't need a rug pad really except for a thinner one to help it stay in place. Make sure to look at the height of it if placing it near a door. Highly recommend!

Such a nice high-quality rug! So nice and soft under the feet and the fact that it's wool makes it very durable. I have heated floors in my kitchen, so the rug is nice and toasty. I don't feel it requires a rug pad, as it stays put. It says the color is navy, but no way, it is charcoal and white. There is no blue in it at all that I can see. Very happy with my purchase!

My hand tufted wool Solros runner just arrived. I ordered the 2’6” X 8’ size which fits my entry perfectly. The rug arrived promptly and once unrolled and reversed for 24 hours, it lays perfectly flat with no need for a pad or any kind of tape to keep the corners from curling. The color and pattern are exactly as represented on the website. The pile is just enough to provide comfort under foot, catch dirt and dust from the entry way, and still fit nicely under the clearance of the door. This rug has more of a plush pile. If you have a shallow clearance between your door and the floor, this rug is probably not for you. But it means you can use it in many different areas of your home. The size, color, and pattern are subtle enough to work in a couple of different spaces. I can use it in my sunroom near the daybed, in my living room near the bar or even in the kitchen. For now, it is just inside the front door, where it serves as a handsome element in the overall design of my entry way. I would definitely recommend this rug, and I am giving it 5 stars for its quality and versatility.

Nice, sturdy rug! Its alittle thicker than most smaller rugs. It arrived about a week and a half after the order was placed. Its actually not hard to the touch or your knees. We didnt use rugs mats and its been staying in place. Definitely will last for a times to come.

This rug is very nice quality. It is super thick and well woven. The color is a muted gray (trending towards a cooler tone gray). If you are using it on a smooth surface floor like wood, you will need something to make it less slippery on the floor…since it slides quite easily. The backing is a jute-like fabric with no tack or grip. Would recommend - feels and look expensive.
