Never got the correct rug (twice) and had to wait for weeks and weeks for the wrong rug show up twice ! (2/23/25) I just checked your website for any other rugs and that same rug is all over your site for someone else to make the same mistake as myself. Its been about a week and it was supposed to be corrected per your customer service rep immediately ???

This rug is no longer available. I received THREE separate shipments of a BLUE rug. On the FOURTH try they said its unavailable. Very disappointing. I guess since they could not find my item, they sent anything they could. I lost 3 weeks waiting so i could list my rental....
