Disappointed with the quality and condition of this rig. There are multiple areas where the fibers are loosely woven, pulling out, or snagged, along with visible tufting defects. Additionally, the tassels were not properly sealed in the packaging and arrived dirty. Overall, the rug appears defective and not in new condition.

Rug Size:Rectangle 9' x 12'
This rug was ok but certainly not in a 9x12 size! It came folded in half and it was impossible to get the wrinkles out of it. Because of no backing on such a large size, (even after the expense of a pad to cover the underside), problems would arise, especially when trying to vacuum it with those groves. It ending up looking extremely cheap and had to be returned.
