I was hesitant to purchase this rug because of some of the negative reviews. I am so pleased with this item, it's really well made and so lovely. It's just what I wanted. I think it will wear well too. I wanted a rug that would bring out the green in my carpet and this rug fits the bill perfectly.

Excellent rug for the price. Feels and looks like a thick Berber carpet. Pulls tan/gray/greens together nicely. It’s actually a great thickness too.

Updated!! After two months this rug is covered in a fine fuzz. I've never had a wool rug do this. It looks to be about 10 years old and is fuzzy all over. I even vacuumed without a roller. Very disappointed. I was nervous about getting this with only a few pictures but I'm in love with it! Great quality, heavy duty, laid flat within minutes of unfolding. It has a good, solid backing. It's a neutral but doesn't blend into my light tile floors. Tried to attach some pictures in real light to help others. Good buy!

DO NOT BUY. The first rug I received had dirty marks on it, folded up (as opposed to rolled from the factory), and had a bad chemical smell. It honestly looked used. I started a return with Wayfair, uploaded pictures, and they issued a return without requiring me to send back the rug. I received a second replacement rug, and SAME THING. Rug was dirty, smelled like strong cleaning chemicals, and looked used. The cherry on top was that I ordered the 9x12 size and it is actually only about 8.5x11.5. Unfortunately I had to leave for vacation immediately after receiving the second one and now missed the return window on it. So now I'm stuck with two of these terrible rugs. I've ordered many other rugs from Wayfair and they always come rolled up, packaged nicely and clearly NEW. Something is up with the inventory for this particular rug - they are not being stored in a clean environment and were definitely opened prior to shipping to customers. Also, FYI, this is a Safavieh rug, for what it's worth, being sold under the brand name "Dovecove" on Wayfair.
