I was excited to get this rug since the colors are neutral and go perfectly with my living room furniture. The first rug I received had a massive crack in the back of it so I returned it and requested a replacement. The second rug arrived and had the same problem and the crack can be seen on the surface of the rug but I am just going to keep it since it is a bit of a hassle to repackage and return. Wayfair did send me a discount in the form of credit for a future purchase. Next time I might spend a little more for a higher quality rug. See photo

This is a beautiful rug. Colors are subtle; more cream, tan, gray/blue. Like the cream border on the ends. Tightly woven and feels great with a rug pad underneath.
