I ordered this mat to go in front of my kitchen sink. Unfortunately it is too big for the corner space. But I liked it so much I found the perfect place in front of the sliding glass doors going out to the pool. The colors are very vivid and the scene is beautiful

Selected this Charron "non skid" kitchen mat to replace a rubberized one from another manufacturer as it was starting to wear, this one seemed colorful & somewhat lighter (so my thinking was, easier to pick up while cleaning my floors, & launder) which was true, although I find after less than a few days of use, the corners have begun to curve up. Of course I used some tricks to alleviate that issue from becoming a bigger one, rolling the mat back up in the opposite direction and using a sturdy rubber band to try to make the curve bend in the opposite direction, (not very helpful though) so my last solution to fix that curve up problem on the corners will be to take a cheap piece of self stick kitchen tile, and cut triangular corners and place them on each corner of the mat which should help weigh those edges down sufficiently, that'll mean I'll have to remove them before tossing this kitchen mat in the washer to clean, since those tiles won't hold if I place the mat in a washing machine (kinda annoying) but it is a colorful mat, as for the non skid claim, I'll agree it could be considered non-skid, but having tripped a few times over the curling up edges of the mat, I found mat will move when my feet catch the curved up edge, and this by the way with either bare feet, house slippers, or sneakers thus far. For that reason, I'm rating this Charron "non skid" kitchen mat 3 of 5 stars. Honestly, it's not a bad kitchen mat, but if it were slightly heavier and the way the item came rolled as delivered, were opposite (which possibly would decrease the risk of the edges rolling upwards, and more likely downwards once unrolled) that would probably be a plus. Let's face it, you really don't want a tripping hazard in your kitchen, be it washing dishes or in front of your range, right? Nice and long close to 4.5 feet wide rug. It doesn’t move even if you keep running into it. Beautiful bold colors and the design is very aquatic. I use it in my kitchen and it’s perfect. It is thin but nice. I like it.
