Tapis ivoire en laine tissé à la main Garikoitz

This is a very chunky rug, with big wool felt pieces woven alternately with a shiny thread. It's thick, but doesn't work in a small area. I ordered a 2x3 rug for next to the bed. It didn't work with my decor.

The detail of the rug's weave isn't shown in the photo. It's much more modern than I expected ... and had a lot of tassel-type fringe throughout that I wasn't expecting, either. It didn't fit my more traditional room style. It was thick and soft, though.

This rug looks nothing like it's picture. It's a lot of money to spend and I wish we had been able to see a close up picture of the rug before we bought it, as we would not have purchased it. This has proved that you should never order a rug on-line, without seeing it/a sample in person before.
