I love the color and texture! Just what we were looking for.

The rug is 100% wool, and for the year that I owned it, it shedded constantly. The weave is relatively loose, not particularly lush or fluffy underfoot. Just okay.

Beautiful rug. Different look from most of the rest which is what I was after. Review comments about thin material in the center portion are all true but a 1/4 inch standard rug pad made this a non-issue. The only problem I've run into so far is that my bedroom closet and entry doors do not have enough clearance to open over the rug. Doors come off this weekend to cut the bottom off the doors so they clear the rug.

Awful! Sheds so much it looked like I didn’t know how to vacuum and had 10 dogs living in my house! Got brand new furniture and the shedding would settle into the creases of the furniture! Had to sweep, or vacuum my entire upstairs daily because it would fly everywhere! Buyer beware!! I read the reviews and was hopeful the shedding would eventually settle down.... that did not happen! It progressively got worse and worse. I followed the directions as to not use the beater bar of the vacuum on the rug and still had to empty the canister multiple times because of the shear amount of shedding! I really wanted to like the rug, it was beautiful and complemented my living room perfectly but after 2 weeks I got rid of it! It was embarrassing
