I’m not sure if it was the quality of the rug or the way it was shipped to me. This came shipped to me folded in a box and it had horrible bald marks all over it which were especially apparent being that it was all black.

Very disappointed with is purchase. The rug came folded up in a box. No plastic wrapping. When taken out of box and laid out, there are fold seams all over it that will not come out. Rug does not appear new. I have boughten several rugs from Wayfair. They always come rolled in plastic. This experience has me leary to purchase another rug from here.
