It's a beautiful rug, but not very soft. Was looking for a foot-friendly chenille rug for the sides of the bed. This rug has cord and other types of materials knotted into it.

Ordered 2x3 -Picture gives good color of actual rug...not as soft as most shags but using a memory foam rug pad helped..is beautiful.
